Spirit confirmed on their twitter that they will release their jailbreak today after they clean it up and make it ready for release. If you do jailbreak your iPhone 4, you will most likely be able to use facetime over 3g by the way. UPDATE: Its here!

Apple has reserved a stage area for an event on the 27th of this month. Their tagline on the invites is “Come see our latest creation”. This will hopefully be the much rumored tablet. We also hope to see info in iphone 4.0 and possible a new version of iLife or iWork.

At the september apple event many believe that we may see a netbook or tablet be the main attraction. Some say that apple will be waiting to announce it until they have a killer feature to include. There have also been rumors that it may run on verizon’s EVDO network for data.
